  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

3. RETURN PROCESS

4. REFUND POLICY

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD Orders: Refund will be provided via bank transfer or store credit

5. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges for size or product issues, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be raised within the return period.

6. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
